The AGM of Craughwell Camogie Club was held recently. In his review of the year, Chairman Pat Kelly reflected on a successful year at underage level, with success at U-13 level and in the John Keane Tournament and the achievement of the U-18 team in reaching the county final. Gratitude was expressed to all who had sponsored teams during the year: Padraig & Breda Cawley, Christy Moran, Michael Gallagher and Diarmuid Quill. The Committee for 2004/05 is: President: Carmel Gilligan, Chairperson: Pat Kelly, Vice Chairperson: Erin Dolan, Secretary: Breege Healy, Assistant Secretary: Linda Rooney, Treasurer: Marie Rooney, Assistant Treasurers: Paula Rooney & Jessica Greene, P.R.O: Carol Kelly, Assistant P.R.O: Mary Porter, County Board Delegates: Ann Freaney, Geraldine Kelly & Carmel Gilligan. Team Mentors elected were: U-8: Mary Porter, U-10: Marilyn Cahill, U-12: Marilyn Cahill & Ann Freaney, U-13: Julie Gallagher & Pat Kelly, U-14: Carol Kelly, U-16 & U-18: Fiona Healy & Jessica Greene. No mentors for the intermediate team were elected, and in this regard, a players meeting for all interested players will be held in the clubhouse on Sunday 6th February at 12pm where membership and insurance can be paid at a cost of €28.
U-14 training has resumed on Saturday mornings at 10:45 am. Any player who has not yet registered is asked to bring the €15 fee to training. This fee includes both membership and insurance for the year. |
